Patricia Jacobs currently serves as the president of AT&T Massachusetts and Rhode Island and AT&T Northern Region. In these roles she is responsible for the overall strategic direction for AT&T’s corporate activities in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as overseeing that direction for seventeen states from Maine to Illinois, as well as Washington, DC.
