AT&T hosts technology training sessions for Connecticut seniors

AT&T experts, along with state Rep. Gail Lavielle (Dist. 143, Norwalk), recently visited the Norwalk Senior Center to offer residents free technology training lessons.

Whether participants needed help personalizing their new smartphones or wanted to set up video-chatting software to stay in touch more easily with their families, Norwalk Senior Center residents had the opportunity to sit one-on-one with an AT&T representative to learn how to master their mobile technology.

“All of our advanced mobile devices are capable of solving so many problems, but first, users need to know how to use them,” said John Emra, president, AT&T Connecticut. “These free workshops are our way of making sure each and every one of our customers is getting the most out of our products. We’re proud to host them, and we look forward to planning additional events throughout the year.”
